DACH organic food is no different. Operators know their own shops. Certifiers know their own registers. Sector press knows what gets handed to it. Consultancies arrive twelve months after the market has moved. Each view is honest. Each view is partial. The space between them is where the real picture lives, and nobody is sitting there.
That is the seat the 44up Observatory takes.
Each viewpoint tells a fragment. Read together, they describe a sector to itself.
What is observed here does not pay to be observed.
